Day 1 Snap Shot of Mid/ High Majors at Fullcourt Press All-Frosh/ Soph Camp
(Players Edge, Corora, California) Day 1 of the Fullcourt Press All-Frosh/ Soph Camp unfolded a handful of talented 2015 and 2014 prospects. 2014 Shaquille Carr has blown up this past week and his stock is roaring across the west coast wires. 2014 Stanely Johnson is still as good as advertised. Johnson is a man child that strokes the ball from 21 consistently. Johnson should have no problems playing the guard/ wing posistions in college. 2015’s Stephen Zimmerman, Sedrick Barefield, Marcus Lovett and Tyler Dorsey are all high major prospects. Below is the breakdown for day 1 with a few notations.

Fullcourt Press Las Vegas Fall Showcase-PoP
Las Vegas, NV.——> The Las Vegas showcase was hosted at Bishop Gorman High school. Camp director Dinos Trigonis brought out several division I. prospects. 2012 Shabazz Muhammad was impressive as usual and may go down as the best basketball player in Nevada history. Aaseem Dixon put on a show in the 2011 Sr. game by connecting on a multiple three point bombs and capping a plays with thunderous dunks. 2015 Steve Zimmerman is the future of Las Vegas/ Nevada basketball. The 6′8 wing/ forward showed off his versatility in the 2015 and 2014 game and looked dominate in both settings. 2013 game belong to the versatile and able Rashad Muhammad. Muhammad is quickly playing out of his big brothers shadows. The 2014 game belong to 6′3 Deonte Jones who simply put on a show displaying his athleticism, strength and touch from 18 feet. Below are the prospects that raised my national eye brow.

2013 Jabari Bird 6′5 Salesian, CA: The most athletic wing player I have seen in years. With a tighter skill set Bird will be special.
2013 Aaron Gordon 6′6, Mitty, CA: Big time wing/ forward national prospect who showed of his touch, handle and vertical in the first day of action.
2013 Rashad Muhammad 6′4 Bishop Gorman: Played versatile throughout his games but settled into the point guard slot and dominated his opponents from every perspective.
2013 Torren Jones 6′8 Basha, CA: Active Forward who plays long and loves to rebound and finish above the rim. Lots of upside in this Arizona prospect.
