Evan Roquemore: Continues to improve as he shows his athletism on two-three dribble pullups in the lane, good facilitator, really steady, shot the three ball  really well. Showed he can play well against an elite Christian Life team.

Ty Copeland: Also had a strong games shoots the ball well off the dribble and competes. Great role player that finds ways to score. Plays solid defense and had a strong over all tournament so far.

Christian Life:

Christian Smith: 2010 Class is explosive and slashes.

Bishop McNamara vs Hoover

With 35-35 tie game at the 7:32 the Mc sit on the rock and wait for Hoover to come out of its zone. 3min of dribbles Hoover comes out and plays str8 up man to man.

Brandon Coleman did his thing. Ran through Angelo like hot knife through bread. Had 5 dunks that had scouts and writers wondering who is that kid. Coleman is a lil undersized but plays like a warrior at 6’7. Dominated the paint and finished almost every play above the rim as seen in the picture above.

Blow out game all the reserves has a chance to play today and showed well. Spenser is an energy player that plays with passion. Anson Winder led the way with another strong game. Winder had game high of 18 pts Look for Winder to have one of his biggest games of the early year with a tough third round match up.

Evan Roquemoe: continues to be stellar even tho there was a questionable call at the end of the game with .2 seconds left and Hoover lands Foothill its second loss of the day. Hoover knocks down the second of two free throws to win the game by one point.

Angelo Chol: Bounced back to score 23 pts and was a beast on the boards. Chol shows abbility to get to the free throw line.

Anson Winder: Finished his drives and ran the floor really well. Showed off his athletism and finished over the top on many plays to the rim.

John Loyd: showed why he is one of the best playes in the Las Vegas Valley and on the West Coast. Drooped a bunch of dimes and Scored well with 27 pts. His best overall game of the year thus far against a good athletic team from California.

Spencer: Played with energy again and had several athlitic play to the rim and played great team defense.

La Verne

C.J. Cooper showed great leader ship and got his teammates involve with plenty of touches. Shot the ball well.

Jarret Garret: Had a break out game with 31 pts and 20 rebounds. Was a key factor in keeping the La Verne close in the game. Showed he is an elite player right now as a 2012 class-man. Attack the boards on both end. PLayed well of the 1 bounce and 2 bounce dribble.
