Premierball.COM OFFICIAL TRIPLE CROWN CAMP REPORT-PoP

Long Beach, California—Here is Premierball.COM OFFICIAL TRIPLE CROWN CAMP REPORT. Its never too early to start on kids these days. Class of 2015 is no exception.

#1 Prospect Zimmerman

#1 Prospect Stephen Zimmerman

2015 Stephen Zimmerman Jr. (St. Anne, N. Las Vegas NV.)

(6-foot-8) Combo Forward

Strengths: Already can pass the ball better than several elite 2011 bigs. Does several small things very well. Rebounds in bunches and loves to attack the offensive glass keeping the ball above his head. At 6-foot-8 (bare-footed) he is already a perfect height at the 4, 5 posistions. Makes plays off the dribble and loves to mix it up in the paint and scrap. What sets him apart from the rest of the campers is his sweet mid-range shot with touch and his ability to shot block from the weak side. Zimmerman owns a consistent mid range game and very sharp shot blocking instincts. Doctors say, “Zimmerman’s growth plates are wide open.” [private_premier-bronze]

Weakness: Needs to add strength and weight to be effective on the block and on the next level. Stronger right hand. Zimmerman is what a top young prospect looks like at his age.

#2 Tyler Dorsey, 6-foot-4, Guard

#2 Tyler Dorsey

2015 Tyler Dorsey, (Ribet Academy, Los Angeles, CA.)

(6-foot-4) Combo Guard

Strengths: If not for the 6-foot-8 phenom, Dorsey would be hands down the best long term prospect at the Triple Crown Camp. What sets Dorsey apart from the rest of his peers is his intangibles and skill set at 6-foot-4.

Dorsey plays above the rim, handles the ball efficiently for his size and plays with a excellent motor. Dorsey will whoa you with his blazing quickness and his ability to attack the basket at will. Dorsey has already accumulated national interest.

Weakness: Has a solid dribble game but is not a point guard yet? Not a big time shooter yet? These are the questions Mr. Dorsey will answer for us in the next few years.

Mason Shepard

#3 Mason Shepard

2015 Mason Shepard, (New Roads, Santa Monica, CA.)

(6-foot-5) Forward

Strengths: The beast of the camp. Body of a football player. Very athletic and reminds me of a young Tony Gonzalez but more skilled at that age. In the paint Shepard was hard to stop and played on another ozone layer than the rest of the kids. Scoring effortlessly on the block, mid range and attacking the rim like a grown man. Very powerful athletic once he gets going. As far as production Mason was the performer of the camp

Weakness: The next few years are critical for his progression …Shepard will have to transfer his skills to a full time wing position for the next level or grow four more inches which is possible for this young baby face 2015 national prospect.

#4 Marcus Lovett, 5-foot-9, PG.

#4 Marcus Lovett

2015 Marcus Lovett (Odysee Charter, Altadena CA.)

(5-foot-9) PG.

Strengths: Very creative ball handler. At this age Lovett is tough to stop. We will have to see where he is at on the next level before we give him top guard out west. Posses all the ingredients to be special. Explosive, great body frame, and a strong point guard skill set. One of my favorite watch of the camp. Best point guard at camp!

Weakness: Needs more inches but his body frame should give him those extra inches.

#5 Kwinton Hinson, 6-foot-2, Guard/ Wing

#5 Kwinton Hinson

2015 Kwinton Hinson (Orr, Las Vegas NV.)

(6-foot-2) Wing

Strengths: 6-foot-8 wing span, Dad is 6-foot-8, Already athletic and plays above the rim, excellent touch with natural scoring instincts. Needs to learn to play hard consistency. Has all the intangibles to be special and a national recruit with increased inches and knowledge of the game. Good foot speed, arms that touch is knees, and a mid range game off the dribble that comes natural to him. Good handle. Sleeper of the camp!

Weakness: Strength is always a given at this age but Hinson will need to work on a consistent motor on both ends of the floor to max out.
