Zimmerman, Dorsey, Hinson, Lovett and Mason strong Day 2!

Long Beach, California—Day 2 of the Pangos Triple Crown Camp brought to my attention a 2015 sleeper, “relative unknown” from Las Vegas named Kwinton “Q” Hinson. The 2015, 6-foot-2, sweet shooting lefty who posses a high ceiling & a very strong skill set to go along with his 6’8 wing span. Hinson has showed his ability to knock down the mid range from the dribble consistently and is very athletic to the rim….can you say, “and one dunk!” The beast of the camp award goes to 6’5, 2015 Mason Shepard who tore up the the rim with a left handed traffic jam that had me thinking I was in a high school game. Shepard was tenacious on the glass and was a problem all over the floor. Special is the word I use to describe 2015 point guard Marcus Lovett from Altaena, California owns a wicked change of direction and sees the court of a pure point guard. His body build, speed and handle should project him as a solid prospect. 2015 consensus national top 5 prospect Tyler Dorsey stands at a lanky 6-foot-4 and has all the intangibles to be special. Already averaged 15 pts playing Vs. varsity compitition this past summer and looked explosive going to the rim all weekend long. Already big time athletic potential for his age. Dorsey currently is a multi posistional player who has the speed, vision and the handle to make the transistion over to the point guard posistion. 2015 Stephen Zimmerman is all ready catching eye balls from High Major programs. Zimmerman is 6-foot-8 (bare-footed) with open growth plates and a 7 foot wing span. Milan Aqua from Bakersfield is a polished guard for the 2016 class. Good speed, solid pull up jumper with the ability to change speeds in the open court makes him tough to stop. 2015 Brandon Tillis has good shooting mechanics and a tight controlled handle. Max Hazzard is a long lanky slasher with room to grow. 2015 Robbie Feinberg has a accurate shooting touch from beyond the three and plays with passion on both ends of the floor. 2016 Martin Yombe was big and looked at large for his age. Yombe is listed at 6-foot-3 from the San Diego area. Sharp shooter 2016 Dylan Horn shot the ball well from beyond the arch with consistent touch.

Small but skilled was 2015 Isiah LeBlanc who displayed good ball control and made good decisions with the ball. 2016 Johnah Mathews at 5-foot-8 displayed a good skill set and has a chance to be better than his brother Jordan Mathews. Las Vegas, point guard Deishuan Booker was very elusive that made the right plays and displayed good vision. 2015 Khalil Simplis is a power guard with excellent foot work and loves to use his shoulders to gain great angles at the basket. Simplis displayed great court vision and showed his ability to create and hit the pull up jump shot. Derryk Thornton was strong in the all star game as he recorded several assists and gave the 2015 guards a handful. 2015 Eric Webb was a smooth combo guard who showed off his handle and jump shot on many occasions. Listed at 6-foot-1, Webb is definitely a good watch.
