PremierBall.com has the inside scoop on the hottest player in the Vegas Valley, Kevin “50″ Olekaibe is playing fantastic basketball.
Mr. Olekaibe is known for his shooting and his trade mark 50 point outbursts (x4) this year. An earlier game this week Kevin scored 39 points in only 2
quarters of play. Olekaibe typically opens the game up without shooting on the first touch, which makes him very hard to defend throughout the duration of the game. PremierBall wanted to let the doubters know that Kevin is more than a scorer he actually rebounds and plays the game like an unselfish

This website is ok, but you guys are full of sensationalism. I’ve been knowing Kev since the 3rd grade and nobody calls him “50″. The last article went like, “i went to see the kid they call “50″. We call Kevin, Kev. Also said you paid $5 to get in, then thanked Coach Boyack for “access”. What type of access did he provide if you couldnt get in the game free as part of the media?
@Larry I paid 5 dollars to support the program and I access meaning, court side pass to take all the photos and video. He is called 50 because he can score 50 in games. Have you scored 50 points before? Thanks Larry for commenting.
I think Larry G. is asking WHO calls him 50? Not WHY do you call him 50. That’s evident. Nobody I know calls him 50 either. But when you state it like that’s his nickname, then people who’ve been knowing him for a long time will wonder when did he obtain that name. Hope that helps.

@larry G aka hater, Well for the record I do exist, i have a son who plays middle school ball, and im just trying to big up someone doing something positive. When i went to Jim Bridger back in the day, there wasn’t even middle school basketball,so now someone is giving vegas kids exposure,i just wanna say yay instead of nay. I just dont understand how you can be negative towards this website even 1% and I know Kevin’s older brother very well and we all agree that pop is doing this basketball community a great service,don’t be a “crab in the bucket” not cool!!!
That’s one thing thatwe do agree about. Its not about me or you. Not sure why it got personal when i said that nobody calls Kev 50. I acyually think you sre doing a good job. No kids you left out. In fact, I think you guys get too enamored with players. And dont focus on the teams as much. The videos seem to focus on a kid instead of their teams. @Larry G. Good questions! This site pushes Las Vegas kids. We give out free promotion and the we stand by all our kids. If a K-mac scores 50 point a few times …We want the non-believers of Vegas to know that we have a kid that puts 50 points in the basket. I thought it was a fun nickname sorry for ruining the purity of the game. This site promotes the kids that win on teams. So by promoting the top kids we promote the coaches and the schools. Once we have more budget we can do a whole lot more team coverage. Thats our goal. I appreciate your input. Larry who is a sleeper in this city that playing his butt off that needs to be covered? Who is your underdog team? Who is your favorite high school player that you seen play in person?
@Jason at the end of the day this site is slamming with cool content. Do a search in the box on any decent player in this city and we have real articles on the kid. We try to get it right and thanks for your support. In fact I’m not getting any sleep right now we are a two man team. Thanks for the love Jason.

@Quack He plays good defense. Quick feet how many games have you watched? He shoots the ball because it goes in alot of times.
I love this site. I know Kevin’s older brother and Kevin personally. K-Mac, “50″ is a great kid, and for some reason people want to doubt his skills. If you saw what Kevin’s training was like this summer you would know why he can score “50″. The kid is just reaping what he was sowing. He is going to be steal for the college that signs him. PremierBall keep up the good work that you are doing and people this one of the most exciting years in Vegas basketball. Love the game and don’t hate the players.
Not pertaining to this article, but why is there no article or video or anything about the stacked Bishop Gorman team that just beat Columbia (GA) to win the Beach Ball Classic in South Carolina?
