Does your game transfer to the next level?

This is A question you have to ask yourself?

You have to have an understanding of the inside politics of the game of basketball and recruiting.

Below I have listed several different type of scenarios to educate players, parents and coaches that don’t understand why some players

games transfer to the next level and some don’t. To transfer your game to the next level you must understand what college coaches look for and here are

a few examples.

If you are a great rebounder averaging 12 rebounds at 6′4.

Does this mean you will average 12 boards a game playing against 6′9-7 footers every day? This might not be a transferable stat on the next level.

I suggest you work on your jump shot and have a perimeter game to compliment your interior game. Non transferable.

If your a lights out shooter and you shoot the ball from your waist and shoot a 40% clip from three do you think this will transfer to college?

Probably not the college game is to quick, long and athletic for a shot to be released from the waistline. Non transferable.
