Enes Kanter Future Lotto Pick?

Check out 6’10 Sr. Enes Kanter live at Impact Basketball Classic, Las Vegas NV.

Enes Kanter, PF (6-foot-10) 2010, Turkey/Stone Ridge Prep

If looks could kill Enes Kanter would be the terminator of prep basketball. PremierBall.com predicts Enes Kanter is a lotto pick for the 2011 NBA draft bar no injury. Kanter scored 30, 46, 31 and 28 points while proving that he is one of the top Bigs in the class of 2010. There is no more hiding for Enes as he is a premier player.

Big Enes does allot of everything and has superb attention to detail on his mechanics and footwork. He  displayed his defense all weekend by plugging open lanes to the basket and altering a few shots . Enes rebounds well in traffic, pivots extremely well off both feet, and has the IQ to repost and find the angle spots on the floor where he shoots a high percentage. Kanter is also a  three point threat but typically plays 18 feet in and wears you down with multiple different post and counter post moves. Surprisingly, Enes can jump and run the floor and is very athletic when going up to finish strong to the the hoop. Enes loves to pop and shoot when he gets involve in high ball screens. Another special note on Enes is that he he rarely  forces shots and is able to create  space while matching up against better athletes than him . His feet work looks like soccer and his engine is full throttle. Kanter skill set is far beyond Prep and College.

Washington’s head coach Lorenzo Romar flew into Las Vegas on the last day of the tournament to sign Big Enes before he left back to California. What a steal for the Huskies,  if Enes stays healthy he could be  touted as one of the most talented Washinton recruites in a long time.
