Conner Frankamp 6’1 Guard North
James Says: He’s an excellent point guard on both ends of the floor as well as a good perimeter shooter.
Pop Says: Lethal play maker with rock star confidence. Definitely one of the better players at camp. He sees everything in slow motion a la the Matrix. I would pay to watch Frankamp play pick up. The Jayhawks won big on this one.
Hunter Myers 6’7 Wing Douglas
James Says: He is a strong defender and shot-blocker thanks to his top-notch instincts and positioning.
Pop Says: You could tell Hunter was not comfortable in a run-and-gun camp like this. I like his length and touch at the wing position.
Mike Young 6’8 Wing/Post Hudson Catholic
James Says: He’s strong and physical with a good handle that allows him to advance the ball from anywhere on the floor.
Pop Says: Not flashy but makes plays on both sides of the ball. High major productivity. Combo forward.
Derrick Walton 6’0 Guard Chandler Park

Zach LaVine 6’2 Guard Bothell
James Says: His quick release and ability to shoot off the dribble make him a difficult player to defend on the perimeter.
Pop Says: The best iso player in the camp. Can knockdown from 23 feet off a change of direction with a hand in his face. In the open court, LaVine is explosive. At times he will coast, but there is no denying LaVine is a player with nice upside.
Cullen Neal 6’4 Guard Eldorado
James Says: His court vision and passing ability allow him to play well at either guard position.
Pop Says: Pass first combo guard who created for others and made shots. Didn’t have much FGA but you could tell he was in distribution mode all weekend. St. Mary’s fans will get a gem with Neal.
Wayne Selden 6’5 Wing Tilden

Julian Jacobs 6’3 Guard Desert Pines
James Says: He’s an athletic point guard who is a major threat in transition to score above the rim or create an easy shot for a teammate.
Pop Says: Consistently plays at the rim in the open court. Does an excellent job rebounding from the guard position and finding teammates in the open floor. Several coast to coast plays that ended with athletic two-handed dunks.
Clifford Alexander 6’9 Post Currie
James Says: He’s aggressive around the rim, overwhelming opponents in the post and on the offensive glass.
Pop Says: The only block prospect who consistently placed you on his hip and sealed you off, demanded the ball and finished right over the top of you with his belly button on your face. Top performer.
Derryck Thornton, Jr. 6’0 Guard Sierra Canyon

Jahmel Taylor 5’10 Guard Sierra Canyon
James Says: His pull-up jumper has superior range, well beyond the three-point line.
Pop Says: Shot the deep ball extremely well. Every shot was lined up even on misses. Taylor can slide over to the one, but he is more of a cosmetic play-maker who can really score.
Daniel Hamilton 6’7 Wing St. John Bosco
James Says: He’s a comfortable scorer who can convert via drives from the wing or pull-up three-pointers.
Pop Says: A walking pro was sighted and Hamilton was arrested. Long, smooth and makes the difficult shots look easy. Showed his ability to get to the rim. He’s not a super athlete, but like his brother, he is wired to score.
Damontrae Jefferson 5’8 Guard Hamilton
James Says: He looks to use his quickness and handle to attack the basket.
Pop Says: Small in height but his cardiac muscle is larger than life. Jefferson definitely over-dribbles, but his guard skills are advanced. Feisty defender who makes plays and knows how to win.
Brandon Randolph 6’2 Guard St. Bernard
James Says: He’s a high rising combo guard who wreaks havoc on offense and defense alike.

Pop Says: He showed his versatility playing all three guard positions and knocked down a few fadeaways that were out of his box from the dribble.
Stephen Domingo 6’7 Wing St. Ignatius Prep
James Says: He’s a wing with an outside shot that requires you to guard him everywhere in the half-court.
Pop Says: The Georgetown big body shooter didn’t shoot the ball great at camp, but how can you ignore a 6’7 catch-and-shoot shooter who still created opportunities for open slashing lanes?
Karviar Shepard 6’9 Post Grace Prep
James Says: He’s a great rebounder who is comfortable both around the basket and facing up from the high post.
Pop Says: He’s the only kid I saw take more than one charge. He plays the game the right way. He has a big body, and is decent athlete who contested shots, blocked out and did the little things consistently and rarely complained.
Chance Murray 6’3 Wing Price
James Says: He’s smooth, and his body control and jump shot allow him to score in creative ways from the wing.
Pop Says: He made a nice delayed split in a corner half court trap and finished at the rim. Shoots the ball and didn’t hunt his shots.
Kevin Zabo 6’1 Guard Montrose Christian
James Says: He uses his quickness to full effect, driving to the basket or pulling up for a jumper if given space.
Pop Says: Foot speed did not overwhelm me. Pay attention to his touch: it’s soft and accurate from the dribble pull and catch.

Shaquile Carr 6’1 Guard Canyon Springs
James Says: His tight footwork on his drives allows him the space to convert at a good rate.
Pop Says: I was waiting for another coming out party for Carr but I guess I have to wait for next year. Explosive, good handle and an excellent defender.
Ben Simmons 6’8 Wing/Post Melbourne, Australia
James Says: He has a strong body and plays above the rim both on offense and on the boards.
